The location is fantastic, conveniently situated near all the major attractions. It’s also within easy reach of vibrant bars, cafes, and shops. the rooms are remarkable, and mine was brand-new with incredibly comfy beds.

Hotel's breakfast is excellent with muffins, waffles. It is in fantastic location to a long-standing department store, set next to the property. Area is particularly good and next to square, subways and many attractions.

Absolutely great place with free Wi-Fi and casual restaurant. Tasty continental breakfast with a fabulous food variety. Friendly check-in, parking close to the hotel. Late check-out.

I had a great experience at Romer Hell's Kitchen! Everything was brand-new and the location was perfect, just a short walk from Times Square. the staff were incredibly accommodating, making me feel welcome from the start. I really enjoyed the well-appointed room, and my bed was exceptionally comfortable—definitely a highlight of my stay. the hotel is conveniently situated near shops, the Upper West Side, and lovely cafes. I even had a quick lunch at Gotham Pizza, which is located right on the property.

Great stay for the value. Staff excellent and very helpful. Clean and comfortable room. Very convenient to theatre district. Easy parking in garage right there on location. Good coffee 24 hours in lobby. Cookies on the go! And, the breakfast buffet, very good! This was a great value for your buck, especially for NYC! I’ve paid more outside of this location. We’ll return again, the next time we stay in NYC.

I loved this property - beautifuly designed hotel.
The hotel had a central location, near a theatre and a museum. Stayed at a well priced and well-maintained room with comfy beds and coffee plus clean modern bathroom.
