Hotel's breakfast is excellent with muffins, waffles. It is in fantastic location to a long-standing department store, set next to the property. Area is particularly good and next to square, subways and many attractions.

Absolutely great place with free Wi-Fi and casual restaurant. Tasty continental breakfast with a fabulous food variety. Friendly check-in, parking close to the hotel. Late check-out.

Great stay for the value. Staff excellent and very helpful. Clean and comfortable room. Very convenient to theatre district. Easy parking in garage right there on location. Good coffee 24 hours in lobby. Cookies on the go! And, the breakfast buffet, very good! This was a great value for your buck, especially for NYC! I've paid more outside of this location. We'll return again, the next time we stay in NYC.

The hotel has a great location near major attractions and the staff were attentive and helpful . The air conditioning unit was noisy, which affected my sleep quality. I appreciated the spacious room, but there could be improvements in sound insulation to enhance comfort.

I loved this property - beautifuly designed hotel.
The hotel had a central location, near a theatre and a museum. Stayed at a well priced and well-maintained room with comfy beds and coffee plus clean modern bathroom.

The corner room provided a serene escape from the bustling city, complete with a lovely view and spacious layout. The bed was comfortable. Very helpful staff especially the gentlemen on the porters/luggage desk and Rick the concierge. The cleaners were very efficient but also really friendly.
Inadequate size of breakfast room - never a relaxing experience. It would have been really nice if there was cool water available not just coffee in the lobby area. Healthier too!
